So I throwing this out there to see how you guys have installed or where you put your aftermarket CD players in the 76-83toyotas

I have an 80 the only place I can really see to do it without hacking the dash up and customizing the stock location is to install under glove box or under the lower factory gauges either way kinda out of the way so give me some ideas and insight!!

    Thanks guys

My 78 has a different dash but a CD player is just a little too tall and too deep for above the heater where stock is. So on mine I modified a 98 s10 console. Cut it off at the shifter and built a new front that has the CD player angling down in front of the shifter. Works great. Room for some toggles under the deck to for other wiring I've added. Ill dig up pics.
