My truck came with a 1979 owners manual (transition year). Looking for a 1978 original owners manual. Will swap even or hit me with a price.
My manual is in good condition with some light pencil markings inside both the front and rear cover. Thanks, Fred.

1979 was a transition year. From Jan-June they used the 1978 truck and rebadged it as a 1979. From July-December a new body style was used. The early 79’s still had 4 headlights, the later had only 2.
My toy is an early 79 with 4 headlights (1978). My owners manual is for late 79 (2 headlights). The two body’s and interiors are completely different. When ordering mechanical parts I always use 1978 as model year.
