    Hi everyone-
New to the forum here. First time on any forum for that matter. Doing this restoration project with my son. Here’s where we’re at. Bought the truck in working order and pretty decent shape. Stripped down the entire truck to the frame and began sandblasting cleaning of the frame and parts.
Here’s the boys putting the frame/ drivetrain back together after sandblasting. My son also rebuilt the front axle and replaced all the shocks/ bumpers.

Parts of the body have also been sandblasted and it goes for body and paint next week

That’s where we’re at now. The plan once it comes back from the painter we’l put it back together and have a driver. The motors in decent shape (it ran well when we bought it).

So, two nagging questions: Anyone know where I might be able to buy 2 new front fenders?
Anyone know where I might find a new wiring harness?

    We’ll keep you updated....

I doubt you will find a NOS wiring harness. Your options are to go to a salvage yard (good luck with that) and get a replacement harness or contact someone like “Painless wiring” and see if they can make you a new harness.

You may be able to get new fenders from ebay, Thai repops.

As far as the harness goes, youre SOL. I had to rewire my truck and used a universal one from EZ Wiring.
