Was looking at wheels and found a set I really like.. it seems it will be quite complicated to fit this size wheel, I haven’t given the tire much thought on top of that. has anyone done something similar that can share their experience with me?

I haven't put an 18 on my truck.. but go to willtheyfit.com and play with the spec you want on your truck vs stock.. the only thing this site doesn't address is fender clearance bcuz it's main focus is to clear brake/suspension geometry. I'm planning on running a 15x10 with +0 vs stock 15x7 +12.. the biggest difference for my setup will be tire selection. I can drop the truck by almost 2 inches if I go with a low profile tire but it messes up the speedo and effects the gearing a bit (top end) so keep that in mind. I've seen guys on this forum run 20s all day stock height no problem but In a 10 wide you might rub a bit on the inside steering wheels. I'd say go for it if your still stock height! You can always adjust by adding spacers
