Ill have to go out and check but that really looks like the crank pulley bolt, what size socket fits on it?

 

Indeed that is the bolt that holds the harmonic balancer on the front of the engine.

 

as soon as i seen it i was thinking cam sprocket bolt, but would be difficult to jump outta the engine lol

 

cam bolt is just a normal long bolt, Im in the middle of a new timing chain

 

You don't need thread locker.thread it in and whack your ratchet with a hammer a couple times to tighten it down and it should be good.
