    Alright so replaced the spark plugs and filter and does the same thing. Now what?

    Haha yeah If I can figure out how to post a pic I will. But it he tubing is bolted on to the glass filter housing

    Well I would but there are huge bolts on the tubing as they wouldn't fit (screw) onto the universal part.

    I've tried rock auto and they say its a 1965 part but it doesn't look the same. Can't I just clean the filter?

    The truck idles fine it's when I accelerate it sputters and won't really accelerate I'm replacing tubing tomorrow, I have been strapped on cash so...

    I'm replacing the tubing tomorrow. But It still sputters when I push the gas. I have to force my foot all the way to the floor to make it go
