    Odd, I cannot get the CEL to blink at all, just stays steady when shorting TE1 & E1. Is there anything that will keep the CEL on when shorted?...

    Took it down to fill up the gas tank. Seems like I need to track down a slight misfire although my CEL was not blinking when I tried to time it....
