2jz or 1jz twin turbo swap

    will it be possible to do a 2jz or a 1jz swap into my 89 toyota pick up v6???
    wana do somethin my friends havent seen i wanna do sumthin crazyy with my truck??

    alrigth but most people do the 1jz swap in a v4 r22 toyota mine is a v6 sr5 pick up 89??

    Im in the process of doing the 1jz swap, as far as the v6 u probably make some custom mounts for the jz,

    For your V6 , you would have to cut your current motormount and weld 22r motor mount on your frame and buy a kit from them

    They sell 22r to 1jz/2jz bolt on motor mount.

    For the wiring , you could just try to do it yourself or save big time buying conversion from www.myjzswap.com

    For everythign else , there is mastercard! haha

    Yes its been done many times. I have a 2jz truck. Id go with the 1jz as they are cheaper if you want to go with a manual trans and most of the 1jz have a rear sump pan. Let us know if you need help with the project.
