Ok so i talked to the guy and he said that he just put a new engine! and he can give me all the paperwork and the warranty!, he says lowest he will go is 3100! i'm going to check it out tomorrow!

 

Well after some hard negotiations, i'm oficially a Toyota Owner! thanks to everyone that Helped Me, and get ready cause i got a lot of Newbie Questions, i'm just gonna need some time to save some money, it doesn't need a lot of work and the engine has a top rebuilt and a new bottom, so i should be good on the engine part for a while! Now is were the fun Begins!

Hahahah thanks! yeah i was actually going crazy, i found soooo many single cab's it was crazy, then if i found extra cab it was too expensive, so i'll be honest i'm very happy right now, i just put a K&n filter, new battery and new battery conections, wipers and a rear view mirror, i'm not sure what i'm gonna do but i'm open to sugestions

 

Well if your going to use it to haul some bikes then i would either lower it a couple inches, But if your going to be hauling them way out there in the hills then it would probley be better to lift it. But what ever you deside there is plenty of poeple to answer what ever direction your going. So post up some pics of the inside of the cab and engine.

 

I might get in some off road stuff, but nothing too bad though, i will take some pics tomorrow, thanks for the help man!

Well run into my first 2 problems, seems that there is a brake fluid leak and i can't pinpoint were is losing fluid, but it does, and the guy that sold it to me said that he disconected the speedometer so conected it back and it doesn't work! so i need to take care of that, oh and my exhaust is loose, the last bracket broke, so i need to get it welded!

 

The brake fluid has to go somewhere
Look for the wet spot!

Since you have a cable driven speedo it's probably the cable snapped
Fairly cheap and easy to replace...

I think I actually have one on my parts 4runner that would fit
