white wall or no?

    I know this isnt a hotrod but I like that style....

    Should I get some white walls? My jap econo hotrod?

    well, if you do, id suggest a wide white. the 3/4" whites just look like walmart tires to me. lol. mine had them, and it just looked dumb.

    you could get some old school brand tires (BFGs, Goodyear, ect) and have them white letters out. but i prefer a blackwall in a 65/70 series on the stock 14s.

    bumper feet, mud flaps, ect still on...with skinny (dirty) whites

    it rides like its that low. lol. i would compare it to a stock fullsize 4wd from the 70s. little on the rough side. but i love it.

    i say go whitewall. and if you're really cheap (like myself :D ) there is a couple vids on youtube on turning the small whitewall tires into wide whites using a grinder. search homemade white walls on youtube.

    i saw a link for that at the ratsun.net forums.... with a slight grind job... I may try that.
