And as far as going mini with it again, I was rearended in a car accident and injured my back, and was told no more offroad if I want to continue working. It's alright though, it still fun.
i see... damn that sux, idk wut i would do if i couldnt ride my dirtbike anymore... well some good came out of it; welcome to our lil world ahha
what kind of wheels were those on your prerunner-style truck? ive been looking for some nice off road wheels but they're so hard to find in a 5 lug pattern for a decent price
The fenders are the downey style made by hannemann fiberglass they are 4" wider and 3" higher, and the wheels I had on the truck are the ones I am presently running they are weld super singles 15x8, but are pricey, they run 195 ea. The wheels I first ran are American Eagle wheels they are extreemly affordable, they start at 65. ea. The differance between them is the welds are forged and the eagles are cast and faster and easier to make, the welds are about twice as heavy.
i must say that this truck looks so good. i love how it has evolved. lol i bet that you proully have more invested in that truck than most people have in four cars
you have to put it together or maybe somebody might make one, I drilled the steering knuckles, used thejam nuts and steering tubes from a ivan dan kit I just shortend them on the lathe, bought bolts, misalignment spacers from ballistic fab, 3/4 heims from speedway motors, and there ya go.
wow man, nice progress.......err evolution. this is a real clean and mean lookin machine! lownloud, you should move this thread over to the Build/Project section..... no wonder i couldnt find it...... this is in the intro section
