My 77 pickup did not come with A/C. I am restoring the truck and live in Dallas, Texas, making it desirable to retrofit a new self-contained A/C system under the passenger dash. Does anyone know of a vendor that makes one, and are there any of you that have installed (or had it installed) in your vehicle? Many thanks for your input...

Dan, thanks, but OLDAIR has no offerings for a Toyota, and Vintage only has a unit for a 1977 Landcruiser. I have sent them a note to see if they have any idea if the Landcruiser unit would work. I am hoping someone on here has already done that leg work to make a Landcruiser unit work and can tell me the process. Much appreciated!
