Hey guys I recently bought an 88 2wd and I noticed I have holes for these little pieces before the rear wheel arch. I tried looking online for them but I honestly don't know what to call them. Could anyone tell me where I could find some for sale or what they are called?

I don't know what they are called but I would honestly say your best bet is to find someone who has a set and is selling them. I don't think they make that part anymore.

They are available for about $43 per side. they are called cover, quarter wheel house, Black. Driver's side part number 62612-89103-01. Passenger side 62613-89103-01. The clips are part number 90467-12027-01. Can't remember where I saw them but it only a few days ago.
