So the top of the notch cover finish got damaged, burnt through by the exhaust tube that goes over the top of a notch cross brace. The exhaust moved due to hitting a speed bump & not lifting the truck. Will get fixed soon ,but in the mean time needed a visual fix so this was what I came up with, another stainless piece.
