I love the huge oversized fenders like this. Though I personally like the rivet look better.

Yes I know Bushwacker makes cutout fender flares. Great for the 4x4 guys who need increase coverage but aren't' tucking tires lol. They just bolt to the original fenders.

It would probably look kind of goofy on a lowered truck but there is always the fiberglass prerunner fenders.
The ones on my truck are a 3'' bulge and 3''rise made by glassworksunlimited. The bedsides are 4'' bulge and made by hanneman fiberglass. There is a few other company's that also make fenders and bedsides for these trucks too.

Do you have any pictures? I'm thinking of those fenders for the back of my 2wd. I need the room for wider tires.

Its hard to see in the pics exactly how wide they are but the tires are 33x10.50

Bushwacker, Xenon, and Jungle are the only brands I can think of who currently sell fender flares for the pre-tacoma pickup in the US. You could always make your own too if you were determined.

http://toyotafiberglass.com/ is probably the one you're thinking of.

FYI, ToyotaFiberglass is out of Canada and quite busy I heard. They're pretty much the only fiberglass body parts company for older Toyotas in North America. I hear shipping is quite high from Canada and the backorder is somewhat lengthy too since so many trucks have swiss cheese fenders after 30 years of service in the rust belt. But everyone seems to be VERY happy with their products and well worth the price and wait if you truly love your toyota, which many of us do! The guy posts on YotaTech regularly.
