Anyone have pics of a bagged v6 engine bay...doing my core support and figured id relocate whatever i can off the wheel wells...just trying to get some ideas..
I've got some let me get them loaded up and I'll post them for you. I will tell you this, anything on the wheel wells needs to be removed and relocated. Everyone does it different. I have some of mine and I can get some more tomorrow, I also have some of a guy I see every year at a show and I'm using his for reference. Also, you are building my exact truck. Check out my progress thread. I haven't updated it in a while but I will be soon.
I think this is all I have, if you need more I can get up to date photos of mine. I'll be in the shop all day tomorrow working on her so I'll be able to get more if you want.
thanks for the pics really helped. I still don't know where to relocate the hoses on the passenger side, I might try were the wiper motor was. I saw the pics have the egr delete but since im in ca I cannot delete it. what did you do with the charcoal canister? figured I might as well do whatever I can while I do the core support that was barely attached...you can see how the previous owner burnt though the driver side wheel well.
Just removed the charcoal canister and it evaps in to the air now. The blue truck had all his smog stuff still attached and working. A lot of his stuff is relocated under the dash, but, he doesn't have heat or AC. I'm from cali, when it comes to having crazy modified cars I always had the right place to smog. Where I live now we don't have any smog regulations and after car is 15 years old in the areas that do have smog they no longer require a smog cert. There are ways to move things and keep them, it takes time and patience to get it done but it is doable. Let me see if I have any more pics.
