the u bolts on my 77 pickup are 2.5in wide and im having trouble finding u bolts that are 2.5in by 10in for 3in lowering blocks, just wondering what those who have lowered there truck did thanks

I plan to buy a set of blocks and U-bolts when time and space permit. Another solution is to check out one of those big 4X4 chain stores. They sell U-bolts of different dimensions but they usually say NOT to try and "design" your own custom suspension with their parts... So I would just go with Beefed Taco's stuff...
His stuff is amazing and incredibly well built. I have a set of custom 4 3/4 inch blocks, bumpstops, and u bolts. Just be warned there is a long lead time between ordering and receiving you parts. I believe he's a one man shop and can get extremely busy. Worth the wait though.
