currently working on doing a 302 swap using the t5 transmission as well. going to be a slow build process but the NWOR motor mounts came in last week. Got a engine stand and hoist at the house along with the t5 trans, bellhousing, clutch & flywheel (ford racing king cobra setup). Need to go grab the longblock which i plan on getting sometime tomorrow possibly. Keeping the swap EFI and trying to decide if i will go grab a harness and chop it up to my liking or if ill just throw down the cash on a brand new fresh harness. this shall be fun once its back up and running.

and if the oil pan allows, ill be keeping the same ride height.

When you get that thing buttoned up I would love to come check it out, we may need to go for a ride. I might need to find me a new motor for mine.

It looks damn fine so far, good work!

Moving at a snails pace lol. I have a few pieces of hardware coming in from late model restoration so I can bolt up the clutch assembly & bellhousing so I can get a basic final resting place and route my wiring.

Well I had an itch for 5.0 and was thinkin about copying you but instead I broke down and bought an 87 5.0 mustang. Its an auto hardtop with 325,000 miles on it but if you have any 302 problems or questions about that side of your build let me know, I can probably help.

Did you buy your 5.0 by itself or did you get it from a specific car? I need some pedals to convert this thing to manual.

Took it from my uncles 92 gt. I've had 3 foxbodies myself so it's nothing new but I don't mind being able to ask one more person a question or two, thanks ghost! As far as the pedal assembly, pick a part would be best. I can ask a friend if he has an extra assembly.
