I put a set of starions on my truck the other day and found that the front studs aren't as long as I want. I was looking around and was reading that Lexus is300 arp studs will work. My question is are they right? And if so do the studs match up with all of the other specs? Like can I just take out the old studs and throw the Lexus studs right in?

Not sure about the Lexus ones, but you should be able to just go to the parts store and buy extended length studs. You may want to rent a press/puller to remove and replace the studs if you don't have one.

I went to Napa looking for extended studs and they had some, but they weren't much longer than stock ones, so that was a no go. I've heard about doing the is300 arp studs too, the part number should be 100-7715. As long as the knurl diameter and length is the same (which I believe they are very close) then those studs should work just fine. The only down side to those studs are the length, because you might have to switch to the open end lug nuts depending on your current ones.

Okay. I ran into the same issue. The Napa near me only had OEM parts. I'm considering doing spacers with the studs in the spacers. Just a quick search made me reconsider new studs. It's a little cheaper for spacers.

Nevermind. Got spacers. Thanks for the input!

I put 4x4 rear lugs on my front to get my 350z wheels with spacers to work. It was pretty easy to swap out. A hammer and impact wrench did the job.

Not sure if this will help but the same extended studs that are used on 89-2000 honda civics fit on our trucks.
