Hey guys!? Project dd90 has started. Very slow but underway. There have been small updates since my first introduction post. Long story short; the truck was owned by a construction worker so the truck is pretty beat up and dirty. Goals: nice daily driver (30-40 mile commute) with cool stance and attitude.

Since then, I replaced the whole bed. The original was in bad shape. Had rust and a huge patch of bondo. I did a complete tune up and runs 100 times better! (Has 256k miles) hooked up the CD player, fixed the dome light and added LED strips so they turn on when you open the door. I liked the 18's but I prefer the small wheel, 0 off set, wide tire look better. So I jumped on Craigslist and found a killer deal on some 14" wheels and tires that came off a classic mustang. I think the tires are 235/60/14. I will be selling the wheels to buy a new front end. Tint should be coming this weekend. It's going to get 20% tint.

So a little update, I was able to get the windows tinted with 20% film. Turned out great! I was also able to flip the ball joints. Not fun! so much grease and oil dirt layered... really bad, but it was really easy to do. I didn't measure it before so I don't know the exact drop but the truck has a rake to it now. I still have to order the 3" blocks, front drop shocks and re-key the torsion bars. I was able to barter the 18" TSW wheels for a whole new front end (fenders, grill, bumper, valance, lights etc.) so that's coming soon.

After I get the front end I will start the body work process. I will be re-painting it and had a couple of colors in mind. either Supra royal saphire pearl or scion Cement grey?
