I have to modify my draglink so it doesnt rub on the oil pan and im gonna follow twistedminis how-to. He used DOM and I dont know of any places around my area that carries DOM tubing and was wondering if some same size solid would hold up.

Do a google search for steel suppliers in your area. There has to be at least one near you.

Theres only big companies that sell in sticks I believe. I can order what I need but the damn shipping is more than the piece of metal

None of the big companies will cut a stick? A few around here will sell a minimum 5 foot piece if i pay the $2-$4 fee to cut it.

You think somebody would have a drag link setup so you don't have to worry about that cause I'm having to figure up how to make something now along with my hood problem lol

Don't know if you have obtained the DOM you needed or not but I have ordered all my metal from a company called 'onlinemetal' or it may be 'metalonline' here you can get what you want and in any length.
