ok i changed the front brakes on my 93 2wd about 5 times in the past 3 years or so and its time to do them again $$$.........the reason, my slider pins for the calipers keep getting bent, i figured it was the bushings well i did those too last time i did the brakes like 3 months ago, what can this be caused by, i never got into an accident or i dont hit curbs, but for some reason i got the feeling my spindles are F****ed up....but im soo lost, i need some help plz

If your guide pins a getting bent, something is putting uneven pressure on the pads. Check everything from your wheel bearings(making sure they're tight), warped rotors, to your calipers.

i think either you have a bad caliper or a bent spindle.

by chance have a pic of what it looks like when it bends?
