I'm getting ready to build a frame for a SFBD from the firewall back on a 93 Toyota & was wondering what everyone is using, suggestion, etc. I've got about 40' of 2x3x.120 wall tube & I'm thinking that might be thick enough, I've built back halves outta this, but not a 3/4 frame.

Here's the Tacoma I back halved.

It was quite a mess when I got it.

The notch was cracking at the welds, and they didn't even bring the top of the notch all the way down to the frame.

    Back half getting there.

Five link suspension & raised gas tank crossmember with the gas tank where it should go all done, the customer finished pluming the air system.
