you do not pull your overload leaf. the leaf you pull is the middle one of the 3. this will allow you to go lower and still carry some loads. be aware, this mod will lower the truck between 2.5 to 3.5 inches. as for the lean, your torsion preload is likely softer on the drivers side. measure how much difference between the ground and the bottom of the fender is on both sides... and add half of that to the threads showing on your torsion adjustment bolts. example... if the drivers side sits 1" inch lower than the passenger, add 1/2" more threads to the top of the threads showing on the bolt. on a similar not, take a look at your sway bar bushings and make sure they are not too worn or damaged. this will also affect the level on the truck.
so the fat one is the one to pull? it only leans i the back though, the front is perfect. could it be a shock?
It could be a weak shock or a worn out leaf spring bushing. Also check the angle of te shackles to make sure they're even.
no, its the lower thin leaf. when removed, you will have one thin leaf (top), and the overload thick leaf (bottom). ill get you a picture...
Exactly. Less spring means the weight pushes it down further. Same concept as cutting a coil (besides the obvious length change too).
