so i bought another bed, used, with bondo  but still lowerable to stance it.

then i decided i was tired of the faded black and i would like to paint it, so i thought why not practice painting the old bed since its damaged anyways, so i painted the gas door area and door it self pretty much everything but the cap and filler neck head.

it actually came out really impressive not bad for rustoleum stops rust gloss smoke gray:waytogo:

so then i started really liking it and figured why not do the whole cab/front end so i went to Home Depot to pick up some sandpaper/supplies and paint.

    so off to the Depot!

and how it came out just the fender, fully sanded to metal, 1 coat rustoleum rolled with a foam roller in about 40-50 degrees weather...

i had to spray can the hard to reach spots good thing about rustoleum is they have it in rattle cans too... :D
