so i have a set of ford explorer alloys that i want to run, but my studs are to short...ive searched the forums...and came up with this...

    http://www.toyotaminis.com/forum/wheels-tires-57/wheel-studs-2197/

    and this

    http://www.toyotaminis.com/forum/suspension-chassis-67/extended-lug-studs-15989/

but arp studs are $$$ and im not sure 4x4 studs will be long enough/make it so i have to use spacers with stock wheels...would longer "shanked" nuts work?

    like this...

ET Conical Bulge Lug Nuts 12x1.5

thanks...ill post some pics of the wheels...

personally i think the original equipment looks best at stock height...maybe with with 10x14 stock caps and rings(maybe not the rings) and 205/75 r14's would be best at stock height :rolleyes2: but the new wheels are pretty cool...i guess...

these ford wheels are on to save the beauty rings and hub caps from the Sonoran Desert! how much do you think they are worth(four rings/caps, five rims and tires all in fair condition) not that i would ever steel:doah: them from lucy..they should stay with her...
