Taking them off or at least taking the compression of the truck off the b stop would help a lot too...

yeah, and also while i was working on the yota today, after hitting myself in the hand with a BFH i removed my bump stops. and it RUINED the whole ride of the truck. granted, i know i need a new steering stabilizer, but now the steering is SO sensitive and touchy. it's a little sketchy on the interstate to be honest.

Lemme guess, you lowered it to the point where the suspension travel doesn't stop so when you hit a bump, the tire slams into the fender wells?

How did you lower your truck and how much?
    Did you get it aligned?

    plenty of things to consider.

and if your tire height is similar to stock, a lo-profile bumpstop won't ever meet the frame before the tire touches the fender well.

i lowered it with the torsion bars and it rode fine before i rememoved my bumpstops, now my steering just feels loose and on the highway it's kinda dangerous. i lowered it about 3", or somewhere around that. the tires i got on it are 205/75R14's. naw, i haven't had it aligned yet. i don't think that it needs an alignment, cause it drives true when the wheel is straight.
