Yea my first thought was, damn it's finished no way to fix it just replace.
PLAN "A" - get a different door and cab
PLAN "B" - replace door and just cut and replace lower part of cab at the messed up part
PLAN "C" - Who cares just fix that $hit your self and at worse go back to plan "B" if plan "B" doesn't work then plan "A" if plan "A" doesn't work then I have learned a lot trying to fix it and take to a body shop to fix my screw up's.

 

Sorry to hear about your truck and especially after fixing your Overfrive bc I know what its like having OD but it not working ..... With that said, what year and model Volvo did you get that OD part off of? Thanks a ton!
