    Hi Everyone,
Hope you all are well! It's been a few years since I've joined a auto forum. Have always been interested in cars (of all types) and I recently picked up a new project... 1967 Toyota Stout.

Many more things to come to it... But for the Toyota enthusiast, the bad news is I don't have the original motor. It has a Chevy 350, V8 pushing about 240HP. Not too bad.

Thanks guys! More pics to come soon as I'm currently redoing the valves/heads and upgrading brakes (important that I can stop!).

I was a bit torn about the color... Planning on keeping it now since it's grown on me and it's close to the original factory color that was available in 67'.

As far as the v8, if it had the original motor, definitely would of kept it, but because it has the v8 and the motor is solid (so my shop says) I'm just going to run with it.

Since they have the motor out right now, they asked if I wanted to paint the lower block... Not sure if I should match the grill/wheels or paint it something simple like black so I can always change wheels and grill later on.

Keeping the truck white as I don't like to color change a vehicle.

Welcome & nice find on the '67 Stout. I would like to have one someday.

Looking forward to hearing about any upcoming projects you have planned for this vintage Toyota.

Nothin wrong with the color I wouldn't change anything... The color is good ...and the wheels I don't think I've seen anything like those .. Brand ?

As far as the block paint a always been partial to satin black or any black really can't go wrong there
