THIS TRANS NEEDS TO BE REBUILT

I have a R154 manual trans w/ bell housing. Came out of a 94 Pickup with 114k on it. I believe the syncros in 3rd and 4th are bad. It will pop out of 3rd and 4th but you can hold it in place and use the gear...kinda..... Does not come with shift fork/shifter

Going off best offer/trades at this point and local pickup....do not want to ship.....

I also have other stuff im trying to get rid of BEST OFFER/trades, will ship most things

    2wd fenders (mint)
    Stock leafs 2wd
may have complete stock air box
exhaust and manifold 22re (rear section cut, new muffler w/cat)(pick up only)
also have a rear bumper (painted minimal rust) (pick up only)

On the center section of the case, the W series has an extra rib on the left side if looking at it from above. The R series is symmetrical. Both came with an iron plate, but some W's came with aluminum plate.

Early aluminum W series had an aluminum center plate but everything from 86 and later was cast steel.

That trans looks to be a W55. If the truck had a 4 cylinder it's a W55 if it had a V6 it would be an R150 not R154.

well look at all that info, The cast plate was what I as having trouble looking past that was a W series. The trans came out of a 94 22re single cab......anybody need a W trans?
