I have a 67 Stout that has Bad rust through the rear chassis from being used to tow boats in and out of the water for years.

Anyone know of a complete chassis that will fit from any later trucks.

As finding another 67 chassis is impossible:verdict_in:

there is a thread on here of a stout owner that swapped it to a late 80's/early 90's chassis.

it wasn't a bolt on deal but from the pics it seemed to work/look good.

That is awesome! Thanks for the post. I'm considering doing something like that with my stout. I've found some pretty inexpensive mid 90s trucks to use as donors. Glad to see this may just work!

Contact him through there if you need any advice. The only weird part is the steering column.. but I can't remember in what way. I think it might just be way too long for the tiny cab.

i do not know what the laws are now in victoria, nor your plans, as in queensland such is no longer legal. in queensland air bags are not legal either, so i would check state laws regarding the re body issue.

I know this is not current, but I have a completely stock stout frame I need to sell. It is a 1967 USA model, I believe RK41. Basically its a rolling Chassis. Front suspension and rear diff is all there. Let me know if you are interested.
