wassupp. we've got a personal shop in conroe. couple of guys from guam. might be able to help with sourcing parts for the front end conversion, we did one not to long ago. and as far as the v8 swap is concerned... i'm looking to do an ls swap into a 76 i just picked up.

it's more of just a personal shop now. we used to do business but now it's just for fun and a little side cash every now and then. you should come by and check us out one of these days. always looking for more islanders to hang out with. the 1uz is a good swap, just expensive. i was going to do a turbo 3rz but have been talked into doing a chevy v8 instead. i've got something crazy planned for the rear end, but i need to do a little more research before i get started.

Yea 1uz looks expensive, hardest part is finding the mounts, or even dimensions to make mounts.

also, does anyone know where to find the ac pressure switch? i cant seem to find a reputable place to buy one. my ac went out and i dont look forward to coming back to texas with no ac lolz

 

There is a truck like yours with a 1uz in it, the orange one on youtube(turbo dave) i think he's got a build thread on another form, not sure tho...
