To an extent they are illegal. My state law quotes a horn has to be heard from a distance of 100 feet however it cant be extremely excessive loud however they did not give a DB level or anything. I know you can get distrurbing the peace cause I got one last night hahaha. Sitting in my own driveway even haha stupid neighbors I was just testing it out.

I have 2 others Id be willing to sell one of them needs the baffle rebuilt or maybe just cleaned but all parts can be bought from hornblasters.com to repair.

I got a semi horn on mine :) Wired to the stock horn button too. Its always a good time. I have never got any crap about it. Hell I even have it wired to my door popper brain so I can hit the horn from 200 ft away :looney:

And I did the same thing with my gas door... Still got more blocking to do since the bed I bought ended up being a bondo buggy

Got my intake swapped to pass side. Got all wires off pass fender well and moved closer to intake, when I swap or rebuild engine I will run everything under the intake or somewhere in that area.

Got most my wires ran to new batt location and I have a temp batt box built just waiting to get another window of free time to get er done

Does anyone have a suggestion on a pre-fab box that wouldnt look too bad sitting behind a seat?? My buddy who was gonna help fab one and counter sink it into my floor got called up to a job and is gone for a few months, I need a better box than what I got and my welding skills on thinner metal are pretty bad, would be a waste of metal haha. I cant find anything thats not fully sealed. Till I get a dry cell I really dont want my battery locked up

Thanks, its taken a while and still a long way to go. I figure with whats already done Im about 40% there. Still a long list of things to accomplish. My wife tells me just finish the bodywork and paint it and call it good but I try to explain about interior and re-doing front end and my bodydrop and blah blah blah and she finally walks out the room hahahah

    Got some more stuff done.

Temporary new rims, TSW 18's +40 Offset, 225/40 tires, had to cut the **** out of my fender wells and some BFH action on the pinch, had to raise fuel thingy in engine bay as well.

Moved both comps to same side and set them horizontal, had to move and re-wire relays and get a few more fittings.

Moved battery from behind seat into bed finally, built a temp bracket till I build the box around it and get the Red top Im wanting
    [IMG]

Tinted windows, cant believe I had this thing for 3 years before doing this!! Not like me at all
    [IMG]

Side shot at ride height with the 18's kinda goofy but it is what it is without a Z'd frame
    [IMG]

And also yah its still for sale hahahahha

tires are too damn wide 245's rear and 225's front. They all need re-balanced and I think one is bent, oh well guess thats what I get for buying off craigslist. Sold my old ones to buy a buddies and he backed out so I needed something and this is all I could find locally withou them being 15's or 20's.

Well September 10th I put my little red headed step child to rest until spring. I do not want and didnt have plans on doing this but the most likely inevitable happened the other day. My front main seal took a crap on me and my baby bled to death on the driveway. Of course it had to happen 12 hours before it was to be at a show 200 miles away. So looks like im going to pull the engine after my clubs show and slow build it over the winter. Sucks cause I had a fresh built 22rte ready to go with a few more minor details but sold it shortly after loosing my job in May. FML!!!

Thanks for the props but this thing is actually pretty far from paint. I got about 10 things on the list to do before even starting bodyworking the remainder of the bed and cab. Priority now is of course getting it to run cherry again.
