Not sure but would a 20R carb fit on my 22R?

Found a guy selling a 20R complete motor for $125. Also need a new carb as mine is will need to be replaced soon.

 

did you ever find out if it would fit?

 

I did not find out. I went ahead and bought a new carb for $225. At that price it made sense just to buy a new one.

 

i got a 22re that was coverted to carb,...but no carb...was tring to find a cheap way to start the motor to see how it runs before spending for a new carb. wishing some thing from some thing else would work...
