Guys need some help. What search engines do you guys use to find older trucks? So far I've used craigslist.com (ca, nj, az, pa, etc) autoshopper.com, truckshopper.com, optimum online autos, yahoo autos, ebay, pirate4x4, keystone krawlers...

Do you guys have any extra sites or forums I could search to find a solid axle yota? I got an 89 XJ as a daily so now I can conistrate on building a trial rig yota. It dont matter the state cause my work takes me to arizona, arkansas, indiana, etc. Thanks

you could always buy a newer truck that generation and do a straight axle conversion. might be an easier option

Been thinking about it, but I am about 2 years from having the skills and tools to hit that level... Welding/autobody at local tech school start this fall and my own garage is probably next year the way funds are lookin...

    But by then a 4x4 93 should be around $2k... :)

another option could be an 84-85 4runner. they also has straight axle front.
