So i hope everyone had a good christmas! Wondering if any got any truck goodies under the tree??? I got a 100ft spool of speaker wire to redo the speakers! And a subscribtion to Mini Truckin Magazine. Then like usual clothing... lol

 

Around here I have to play Santa, but I didn't forget myself. Got a 40" LCD TV, home theater system, and Toyota parts on order!

 

Got the wheels for myself. Tons of clothing from everyone else. But the best gifts to me are the most useful gifts, and this year that was mechanic's coveralls with the Toyota Logistics sewn stiched on the chest, from my step-father who works at the Toyota NUMMI plant in Fremont, California.

Didn't cost him a dime, yet will save me tons of money from ruined jeans and t-shirts when I'm out messing with the truck.

I got $400, call of duty 5, and clothes..and 50 from the grandparents and uncles sending me another hundred...so im going to buy sdyotas bag stuff off of him..

also since my birthday was the day before christmas, my little brother got 100 bucks in the mail from his real mom. So my mom filled up the gas tank for me and gave me a hundred bucks to take my lil brother to disney village to the lego store so he could spend his money.. and I took a girl with me and we all ate at rain forest cafe.. pretty fun, no complaints here.

 

money from parents and grandparents..which is gone to bills unfortunately. a jacket from a buddy of mine, then me and my wife bought ourselfs iphones as xmas gifts....with her unemployment money haha

 

I got my wife back She slipped and fell and busted her hip so got to spend 5 days in the hospital while they operated and put in a metal plate and some screws, finally came home Christmas evening so now I,m playing housekeeper doing all the chores, but my Christmas presents will be coming soon, lets see? ambulance, hospital, surgeon, etc. etc. and I bet the envelopes won't even be wrapped pretty. Merry Christmas

 

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but not a good Christmas at all here. My dad passed away on sunday and had the funeral yesterday. To make it even more emotional, I received his military flag. To top it all off, I have to turn the Ford in cause he bought it for me for helping him with his dissabilities.

But other than that it has been a good Christmas. I also have my wife back. We've been divorced for a year.

 

sorry to hear about your dad david. i got a little remote control helicopter, and a book.

 

I got a blown up (4" hole in the block now) engine in my 4runner on my way back home from christmas so now it's sitting at my dad's house 2 hours from me and I sold the snow tires i had for my truck so now I have notta for transportation and I have no money since I spent a little more than I planned on christmas presents and ended up buying 2 sets of spindles weeeeeeeeee and school starts back up next week yay! Other than that though it was actually a good christmas and it was great seeing my family and spending time with them.

Hopefully I can get a $2k student loan so I can buy a new engine so say a prayer!

 

there are a shi1t ton of engines for sale here on craigslist, real cheap if you could get your truck down here fix and drive back or get the engine to you... or order a new block on ebay...

I got all the parts for the next phase of my build, & this cool book, met this guy that wrote it @ a Goodguys show,he & his wife drove this vinage car from Argentina to Alaska.

 

Ordered my full moons, headlight tribar covers. got new floor mats, steering wheel cover, am fm mp3 player for the truck, clothes, charger/stand for my ps3 controllers, 8Gb thumb drive. and 150$ in gift certs.
And I got us tickets for trans siberian orchestra last night....that was KICK ASS!

My family lives in Germany and denmark. I got nothing for Christmas. But i did go see the Stupid tom cruise movie about the attacks to kill Hilter, The movie was Trash.

 

i got the little havoc heli by air hogs, but i also have a century hummingbird v-3, parts to rebuild it should be here tomorrow. after screwing with the havoc and running it into the ceiling fan a few times i decided i wanted to fly my hummingbird again. last time i flew it, i just got it hovering about 10' up, and a damn gust of wind blew it into the house. i would really like a 3-d heli, but they are a little expensive

 

Well...I got an Ipod, some Dickies work pants & shirts, a gift card to have the windows on my car/srt4 tinted & some DropEm t-shirts. For those of you that didnt have that good of a Christmas I do want to wish you a great new year & pray that 2009 will be alot better for you & your families.

 

Ya, I had a Trex 450SE V2 and i just did not like flying $800 worth of heli out in front of me..lol
I have 2 of the havoc's, there a blast.

Went to micro coax and small fixed pitch. Got a MCX and looking at the walkera 4#3b.
