pros & cons of a weber

    Whats the good and bad about getting a weber 32/36 ..:rolleyes:

    PROs:

    Cleaner looking

    better working

    more power

    better sound (intake noise)

    and better mpg's ( if you keep you foot out of it)

    A little more power and somewhat better gas mileage over stock carb.

    If you need it to pass smog LC engineerig sells a smog legal weber kit, its really expensive though...

    The only other con I can think of is if you are using it for off roading and you are on a steep incline the weber can bog and stall. I have tried this and it can be scary cuz you have to roll back down with no brake booster to help you stop.But there is a fairly simple fix for this. I think you can find this mod if you search it here.

    I've been running Weber's for a while currently the 34/34 synchronized. Weber makes pretty good carbs just take time to tune the idle circuit that's 80% of the fuel economy as well as idle qauilty no matter what anybody says they are not tuned right out of the box ..and the 32/36 will give you some pep think ya will like it compared OEM
