I think im going to try and find an old school set of 15's but im torn. I could slam the truck on 5x114 15's with stretched tires but if I want to adventually go to S13 IRS ill have to get 4x114, mainly because switching to 5x114 lugs will I think force me to go to a bigger wheel, but I have to do some research because I think the Z32 might be able to squeeze into some 15s.

Depending on the set I get I can have them re-barreled to be bigger so the condition is completely irrelevant. Sooooo im thinking if somebody where to find a set of 15" saaaay MK3's with a 4x114 I would trade them straight across and just keep them around, then maybe have my stock steels re-barreled to be more agressive.

WELL! Sounds like a plan. Although 15's may be kinda small for the fender of the truck IMO but I like where you're going. Now the 5 lug swap for the s13 rear end... You can clear 15's. That I am sure of. I'm doing rx7 irs personaly. Seems a lot lighter and simple to modify. Good luck with everything. I'm really ready to see this truck finished up.

Right on! I actually just got some yellow headlight film from ebay and used that. You can also use old Mercedes Benz hi-beams, though theyre a little lighter yellow.

Nothing yet. I was cruising it around this winter when it randomly decided to quit on me so she's sitting. On the upside I've managed to collect both the front and rear S13 subframes for the swap but that's when things got a bit dramatic. Instead of modding the OEM frame to fit the IRS I'm taking an idea I saw from a guy working a 53 Ford. He reckoned he could get the pickup lower if he just built a new frame as he wanted it, so that's my new plan. Oh and no more 20R muahahahahaha!

In the mean time I snagged this.

1979 RA43 Celica. Jusr needs a few things before I can really trust it. Plus summer is around the corner and the Ruckus calls to me, should get some stuff worked on with the truck. I hope.

I hear ya man! Sounds like some solid plans. I'm right there with you on the full frame build. I ended up pulling the rear subframe out of an s14 I scrapped so it's just sitting until I work up the energy to start a frame lol

No joke man lol. Have you ever been over to Chad Copelands blog? He did a S13 swap on a 620 that turned out pretty slick but a bit sloppy. Its a little more "drift pile" than I want, but some good ideas.

Yea I actually know a guy that did alot of the work on that truck. It's rough but that stance is soooo mean.
