I'm just a guy from socal who moved to Illinois along with my 1980 yota long bed ...I brought it along with me because I thought that is was gonna be rare and indeed it is ...I haven't being able to find parts for it....my plans for now is to lower the front suspension but I can not find parts for it...there's people talking about a cheap way to lower the front is turn the torsion bar but should I turn it up or down..
lossen to lower and tighten too raise, you can also do a b/j flip to get a little bit more drop, can we see some pics of your truck too??

torsion bar has a jam nut also and try to count turns or use a tape measure so both sides come out even. Heads up torsion drop takes a ride or two to settle. Welcome
