Welcome to TM. Nice trucks you got there. So whats the plans for the 92? What do you have done to it to make it fast!!!! LOL.
what up son. i'm out in scappoose. if your lookin for a club, i'm in low down legends. we meet every saterday in vancouver.
Welcome to TM! I am from Dallas OR but in the military and stationed in CA. Slap a JZ motor in that thing! That way there can be 3 of us with white jz powered pickups lol!
haha i would love to put a 2j in it, but what makes it fast is that i used to drive the 83 everyday with a tired 22r and 37s lol so i come to the 92 and it feels like a sports car, but my plans are i wanna lower it a couple inches and get rid of the maxxis mudder buckshot tires on the back of this lol
Ha that makes a lot of since. I used to drive a 87 with a tired 22r in it and the are pretty gutless lol.
Sounds good man. Any question just ask away. search button is a good tool to uses for faster answers. just keep the pics coming. we love pics
ha ok ill post up more of the 83, the truck on the right is a 72 hilux on a 86 4runner frame, but my 83 has 22r running a propane 529 gears weled rear diff 37s its also a sr5 it sucks the origanal color is cream and terra cotta but the people i bought it from painted over it, it sucks its on 37in old style mtrs right now and im converting it to propane
Welcome to TM! Hey do you drive that 83 on the street? I was just wondering what it's like with the diff welded. I have a 87 that is soon to be parked and I was thinking about making a wheeler out of it and welding the diff was my first start. The only thing is I would still need to drive it to the trail so that's why I'm asking. Cool trucks!
ya i daily drive it for about a year and half with a welded diff, it didnt bug me at all, im going to weld the front as soon as i get stronger shafts up front
