ok got a truck thatll start n run good..just wont idle at all.. gotta play with the gas to keep her going... any suggestions?
i rebuilt the carb from a used one, changed spark plugs, exchanged cams, played with timing... did these and truck was running fine... then she started to sputter after a couple months... changed plugs n she got a little better.. kept the idle bt was sputtering. now she wont keep idling. any suggestions??

 

sounds like your low end (idle circuit) is either too lean or possibly a clogged jet??

 

thanks for the reply SD... was thinking it was that... had a dirt bike that sat for a while... same prob.. later found it was the pilot jet
