back half lay frame no body drop this time wanna keep it clean simple reliable and AC.. its mainly for my wife. pretty much have all the parts just need a few items for the 4 link and im shooting to have it back on the road by June.

Man I have to get my 82 completed because Im seeing more of these 79-83 trucks showing up in great condition. That 79 looks really good and i think thats the same truck rear window bernie offered me a ways back but we couldnt find a way to ship to me. Anyway keep those pics coming cause I want to see pics as you completed this truck!

so Bernie brought me the truck Saturday, just been busy and wont be getting into till next week i am havin some cement poured in the back yard.

took it for a spin today, rebuild the weber i got with it yesterday but i wanna smog it stock then swap them so hope next week i can get that done before i cut it up.. very clean little truck for a 79 and so far the only molested wiring is a switch for the AC cause the slider switch on the control panel broke.. just looking for the intake tube from the core support to the air cleaner for smog inspection.

i pulled the control arms off the datsun to use on this truck and ill just make another set later for that cause i wanna get this thing rolling by June.

all im waiting on is 4 link bushings and i have everything else to complete the job. no shaving and body mods at this time i just wanna get it on the road and driving stockish looking and im going to put a bench i got from Bernie as well in it that has been re covered red and black.

needs a windshield and some tint im thinking 25% doors and back glass and 45% windshield
