today my truck decided to cause a problem for me.....the clutch pedal has basically no pressure behind it i can almost bounce it off the floor and even with the clutch pedal fully depressed on the floor the transmission doesnt want to shift i have to force every gear which i know will break it soon....i have never messed with hydraulic clutches before and need to know if my clutch is bad? clutch master cylinder? or what and where i can locate either of them and what brand should i get...my hydraulic fluid is full just in case anyone wanted to ask...thanks for the help
Hell for the price of the slave cylinder and the MC u might aswell change both out. Thats most likely guna be ur problem.
Loook under your dash where your clutch pedal hooks to the clutch master cylinder and if you see it soaked then your clutch master cylinder is out This is a common problem for toyotas and thier easy and cheap to fix....if its clean and dry check out your slave cylinder by your tranny
