Does any one know if the 91 pickup bumper and valence will fit onto my 88? i can get the brackets for the 91 truck but will that bolt on to my truck? someone please help me out i was going to go but the front end today but i wanted to double check if the brackets will bolt straight on...thanks

 

You might have to mod brackets a bit but I put a 2000 Tacoma front on my 94 with slight bracket mods

 

what kind of mods?

 

maybe have to redrill holes or bend them slightly. If you have any kind of fabrication knowledge or are able to weld/cut/drill you can basically do any front to your truck. I can say its not 100% bolt on but if I remember correctly Rollpans.com when they were still FBI minis made combo brackets so really I think its just a question of the holes are offset a bit or maybe the bracket needs a L bent into it or something. THe tacoma front I did I had to redrill a few holes and extend the brackets but thats about it besides a bit of shaving and hammering.

 

I hate to thread jack but what parts from the Tacoma did you put on your truck?

 

Bumper cause eventually I'm doing the body kit for the same year Tacoma so I was making sure it would fit. I do have the headlights grill fenders and hold but that's gonna take a bit more Fab work

 

I had a 90's style bumper on my truck .. but have now changed things up .. (built a full custom frame)
