Most 4wd companies sell them....lockers, LSD, spools, you name it, yes they make them. I think you can even get a Detroit EZ locker from Summit Racing pretty reasonable.
if your rear end is a 7.5" rear end, use a pre-86 Supra LSD from a salvage car and rebuild it, get one from Toyota... or you know, go to one of those Japanese Tuning compnaies that make LSD's and look for pre-1986 Supra (MKII) LSD. they should have one most of the time
