I have a 93 toyota mini. When I come to a stop, it feels like it idles down and dies. Can anyone tell me where the idle screw is? I am not very mechanical. Thanks!

I'm not sure that changing the idle speed would fix the problem, sounds like there are other issues. Do you have a Chilton's or Hayne's manual? These will come in handy for helping to diagnose any problems like this.
Have you gotten a check engine light?

open the hood and you will see on the left side of your throttle body infront of the throttle linkage a flat round bolt with a slit in it this is your idle adjust screw. Your gonna have to play with it when your truck is dead cold and perhaps fiddle with it when warm if you adjust to perfection when it warm then on cold starts its will rev super high. There is also another screw in your maf sensor but lets take care of this one first before playing with the other one. Also is this doing this when you push in the clutch coming to a stop or just whenever???

Or when you push the brakes? Could be a vacuum leak. Usually the idle speed doesn't just change itself....

I am having the same problem in my 93' which is automatic. Going to take it to the mechanic tomorrow (17th) and I'll post his diagnosis.

no leaks in air system, no vacuum leaks, timing is correct.

Best way to adjust idle once everything is good is when the motor is warm, in Drive or neutral for you manual guys, and the brake pedal down. then you adjust the idle screw.
