Ive seen these before and just recently I found some on sale for 75 buxs near my area on CL. The only thing is that theyre all clear but you can easily paint them red.

 

Maybe painted with candy apple red model paint outta rattle can. i did the same with my old neon . lay down a few coats of candy & shooot it with clear. shine up & there ya go.

 

I like the red with the clear. But all red is different and not bad looking

 

I liked the red on red look. Kinda played on the black on black thing.

 

were those clear before?

and all red tails will look good on my truck

naw they were just stock neon tails .

 

they make them its just finding them, thats going to be a pain in the ass

so just keep me informed

 

yeah but why try and hunt something down that will prob be expensive when $15 in paint and a bit of sanding, paint will yield same results almost. mini trucker way. lol

 

you can use vinyl too

 

Is it easy to paint them but with a different color like black?

yup I have seen those as a matter of fact...

 

Think imma paint mine candy since my truck came with the ebay carbon fiber looking ones

 

look on ebay for clear tail lenses for our truck
find the seller with the no shipping
lenses will be $20 no ship
get a can of candy red and lay down the paint

done.

 

heres some fully clear tails if anyone wants to start them up there. Down in hawaii almost everyone has themTAIL LAMP ASSY CHRM CLEAR SET

 

ya but im looking for all red, i think im just going to buy clear one and paint them cany red with a clear on top.
