Hey thanks for the PM. You're in Chicago? You have multiple options for the front, and SD YOTA has a few great writeup's since he lowers a lot of these early Toyota trucks. Go to his profile and check out his most recent. It sounds like it's what you'd like to do, lower on a budget. I have you covered for the rear, but my blocks and u-bolts are more $ than cheap pep-boys junk. (their $32 kit) The front options for you are 2" drop Belltech spindles, aftermarket torsion bars, and the ball joint flip. You could do the flip, and then turn your stock torsions down but you'll probably want to have some decent shocks on there.
