Anyone know where to get the smallest rear shock? I feel like the Toxics is still to big, but just wondering if anyone has specs on them? It's doesn't matter what Make or model just need the smallest one thanks.
Are you physically bottoming out the stock length shocks? I mean, are the shocks limiting wheel travel?
Toxic rear shocks for these trucks are good up to a 4" drop, the fronts are good up to a 3" drop. What size drop are you runnning? I'm running a 2/3 drop and the back hits the bump stops before the shocks bottom out.
bagged guys generally use long shocks or stock shocks because they change where the shocks mount to the frame allowing them more suspension travel. you sure you are bottoming out the shocks and not the bumpstop? whats your rear setup?
Are you fellers notched? If not, it's weird that you're bottoming out the shocks. I didn't think that the stock length shocks would bottom out before the axle housing hits the frame rails. Are you positive that this isn't what's happening? The toxic shocks are the same length as the stock ones were, I measured before installing them (front and rear). And I use stock length shocks for my bag setup.
Actually, the cross member above my axle is hitting the pumpkin... fergot about that. how much do the stock shocks compress anyway?
