Has anyone done this front end conversion yet? I tried looking for more info on this guy's truck, but I couldn't find it. How much work is required to make it work. I want to try to keep the factory radiator core support.

That truck is clean and that front end looks sick. But from what i heard it takes alot of work to do this front end. I dont no about the radiator though

I also noticed that there isn't a wiper blade for the front windshield.

either its shaved, recessed into where the hood cowl panel existed, or removed.
